By accessing and using the PDF2TXT website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

PDF2TXT is a professional online tool for converting PDF files to text. We offer simple and advanced modes for different document types. Some features are free, while advanced features require a paid subscription.

User Registration and Login

• You may use some basic features anonymously, or log in with your Google account for the full experience.
• Login is provided by Supabase; you must comply with Supabase's terms and policies.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files do not infringe any third party's copyright, privacy, or other rights. Uploading unauthorized publications, academic database documents, or any illegal content is strictly prohibited. The platform does not retain original files and is not responsible for the legality of uploaded content. Violations may result in service suspension and account ban.

Service Limitations

Our service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of conversion results. Individual file size is limited to 15MB.

Paid Services and Payment

• Paid services are processed via Paddle; you must comply with Paddle's terms and policies.
• We do not store your card number or payment password, only order ID and payment status.
• Once paid services are activated, refunds are not supported except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

PDF2TXT and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of PDF2TXT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved amicably or, if necessary, submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
